This action is permanent and cannot be undone.

Deleting your account will permanently erase all your data including your lessons, progress, vocab lists, and AI chat history. Your subscription will not be automatically cancelled — you must cancel it separately through Apple or Google.

What will be deleted

  • Your account and login credentials
  • All custom lessons you have created
  • Your lesson history and progress
  • Your vocabulary lists and saved phrases
  • Your AI chat history
  • All personal data associated with your account

We retain anonymised, non-identifiable usage data for analytics purposes. Financial transaction records are kept for up to 7 years as required by law.

⚠️ Your subscription will NOT be automatically cancelled

Deleting your Situo account does not cancel your App Store or Google Play subscription. You must cancel your subscription separately to avoid future charges. See the subscription help page for instructions.

How to delete your account

Cancel your subscription first

Before deleting your account, cancel your subscription through the App Store or Google Play to avoid future charges. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.

Request deletion via email

Send an email to support@grittydigital.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request".

Include the email address associated with your Situo account. We will process your request within 30 days and send you a confirmation once your data has been deleted.

Confirmation

You will receive an email confirmation once your account and data have been permanently deleted. If you do not receive a confirmation within 30 days, please follow up at support@grittydigital.com.
