Billing, cancellation, and restoring purchases
What's included
Your Situo subscription gives you full access to:
- 8 custom situational lessons per month (10–12 min audio each)
- Full access to the lesson bank (1000s of lessons being released)
- Spanish and French — plus all future languages at no extra cost
- AI chat tutor (Lesson AI) with corrections and explanations
- Vocab and phrase lists for every lesson
- Sync across mobile, tablet, and desktop
Billing and auto-renewal
Situo is billed monthly. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.

- $24.99 / month (US)
- Price may vary by location and is displayed at checkout.
A 3-day free trial is available for new subscribers. You will not be charged until the trial ends. Cancel anytime during the trial to avoid any charge.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google account at confirmation of purchase.
How to cancel (Apple / iOS)
- 1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
- 2. Tap your name at the top, then tap Subscriptions.
- 3. Tap Situo in the list.
- 4. Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm.
You will keep access to Situo until the end of the current billing period. After that, your subscription will not renew and you will lose access to premium features.
You can also manage your subscription at apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions.
How to cancel (Google Play / Android)
- 1. Open the Google Play Store app.
- 2. Tap your profile icon, then tap Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
- 3. Tap Situo, then tap Cancel subscription.
You will keep access until the end of your current billing period.
Restore purchases
Reinstalled Situo or switched devices? Your subscription restores automatically when you sign in.
Open the Situo app and sign in with the same Google or Apple account you originally used to subscribe.
Your access should be restored immediately. If it isn't, email us at support@grittydigital.com with the email address on your account and we'll sort it out.
Does deleting my account cancel my subscription?
No. Deleting your Situo account does not automatically cancel your App Store or Google Play subscription. You must cancel your subscription separately through Apple or Google before or after deleting your account to avoid future charges.
